The tenant community is a synergistic mix of high tech companies, service providers, and designer/artists who often share information and services.Edison Technology Park has been an incubator for many start-ups over the years that have moved on to larger facilities as their needs and resources expanded.

We have a 400 kilowatt photovoltaic solar installation that provides 100 percent of the power requirements of the four buildings. One hundred percent of our electricity and power comes from the sun.

A neighborhood sponsored and managed childrenís park with picnic area and basketball court is located directly across the street from Edison Technology Park . Tenants can relax over a picnic lunch or make use of the recreation facilities.

Our tenants are not subject to city business regulations, as the complex is located in an unincorporated section of San Mateo County called the Fair Oaks District (with a Menlo Park mailing address), The on-premises landlord is always available for consultation.
